If you have an old spice rack with the bottles, you can use these to store your herbal spell mixes.
Here is an herbal spell mix to help enhance your creativity.
*************************************************************************************
In a spice bottle, mix together the following herbs to keep for when you need to enhance your creativity.
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. rosemary
3 honeysuckle flowers
1 small opal stone
1 small twig from a mulberry tree
Place these ingredients in your spice bottle, and label it with the name of the spell mix, and the date you bottled it, and put an experation date of 1 year later.
(example: Date bottled 8/20/08 exp. 8/20/09

I have 4 'spice racks' hanging on the wall in my sacred space room with various spell mixes. I use these mainly as offerings to the Goddesses when I need them.
Welcome to my online Book of Shadows.
A good place to come and learn from and share with like-minded Pagans and Wiccans of all Traditions.

Hello Hecate(Hope it's ok to call you that)
Loved your blog, you'd see me here quite often now :)
I have always been drawn to Wicca but never ever got a chance to delve deep into it as I never ever got a mentor, I guess. I would love to make these spell mixes too, however it's difficult getting these ingredients on this side of the globe :(

Blessed be.
That is not much of a problem, actually. I just added a new link to my 'link list' for a site called "All Rare Herbs". Check them out. You can find MOST herbs there and order them by mail.
I get all my herbs from them.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a great week.
I popped by out of interest and found that an interesting post, although the subject is largely new to me.
The site is beautifully laid out, & I wish you well for the week.
Blessed be Chris.
Thank you for stopping by. Feel free to browse all my posts in their various catagories listed in the 'Blog' of Shadows at the top of the page. Lots of good stuff posted there.
Thank you for the compliment about the way I set my page up.
I also have a tarot card reader, a rune stone reader, an i ching reader, etc at the very bottom of the page. Check them out sometime.
Again, thank you for stopping by, and taking an interest.
Have a great week.
