I use this particular chant to help others maintain good health. I perform a small ritual and when I meet someone, I touch them with my 'power hand'.

wish you could do this for my daughter...she's pretty sick this morning :(
Health is an intertesting topic. I prefer to think of it as wellness. Sometimes the most ill have such clarity of heart, it makes me wonder who is really well.
