Create Your Own "Worry Stone"

Find a good sized smooth stone, just smaller than your palm. If you cannot find one, you can purchase 'river rocks' at Wal-Mart.

Soak your chosen stone over night in the following solution:

2 tablespoons Florida Water
1 tablespoon Black Water
1 teaspoon Spiritual Cleansing Bath
2 drops Master Blessing oil
2 drops Patchouli oil
2 drops Sandalwood oil
2 teaspoons Sea Salt
2 teaspoons Black Salt

Upon waking, blot or pat dry your stone, and lay it in the center of your altar. Light a black candle, and light a stick or cone of sandalwood incense (for protection).

**If you are 'right-handed', you will ALWAYS hold the stone in your left hand. If you are 'left-handed', you will ALWAYS hold it in your right hand.

Recite the following phrase three (3) times while passing the stone through the smoke of the incense:

"sollicitus abolesco, molestus expello"

Bless the stone in the name of your patron Goddess, and place the stone in your pocket (again see the **--the hand you always hold the stone is the same pocket you will carry the stone in).

Each time you feel troubled or worried, hold the stone, repeat that phrase, and imagine that the worries and troubles are flowing through your body and through your hand into the stone.

Before you go to bed each night, be sure to soak your stone over night and repeat that same process each day when you awaken--and when you retire.
